Under Ethics Watch NJ’s agreement with applicable employee guidelines, editorial employees are not allowed to donate to political campaigns or political action committees. Outside of working hours and without the use of any equipment or resources of Ethics Watch NJ (Gotcha Media Holdings LLC), they may attend political events, provided they are not financial contributors, speakers, or official representatives.
Editorial employees are free to engage in activities outside of normal working hours provided that such outside activity does not present a conflict of interest for the employee or Ethics Watch NJ (Gotcha Media Holdings LLC). Employees must discuss any outside editorial employment or freelance work with Ethics Watch NJ to ensure it aligns with our policies.
